We took screenshots of the homepages of the top 500 websites on the internet — not using the voice assistant Alexa, but from a list also called Alexa, which ranks popular websites.

On this page, you’ll see small versions of those website pictures. They’re 360 pixels wide and saved as JPEG images (that just means they’re good quality and load fast).

If you click on a picture, you’ll get to see a bigger and clearer version — it's 1280 by 720 pixels and saved as a PNG image.

Alexa (not the voice assistant!) was a company that measured how many people visited websites. They made a list of the 500 most popular websites in the world, called the Alexa Top 500. This helped people understand which websites were the most used.
